Step 1: Complete Your Business Intake

This form allows us to configure your CRM, SMS compliance, and automation workflows correctly the first time.

Estimated time to complete: 5–7 minutes

Step 2: Schedule Your Implementation Call

Once your intake form is submitted, schedule your 45‑minute implementation session so we can review your setup and begin configuring your system.

Step 3: Prepare Access & Business Information


Please have the following items ready before your implementation call. This ensures we can begin building immediately.

Technical Access

  • Domain provider login (GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.)

  • Business logo (PNG preferred)

  • Access to Facebook Business Manager (if running ads)

  • Google account for calendar sync

  • Business email you want to send from

Compliance & Registration

  • Legal business name

  • EIN (required for SMS registration)

  • Privacy Policy & Terms page live on website

  • Estimated monthly SMS volume

  • Business address

We will guide you through anything you’re unsure about during your call.
